My bikini shipped today!!

Training:
4am- 20 minute treadmill walk

Food:
4:00am- branch chain amino acids
6:00am- 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, cheese, mayo ; protein muffin
8:00am- finished 1 liter, cup of coffee
9:00am- casein shake (casein, 8oz almond milk, 2T almond butter, superfood, cacoa nibs)
11:00am- 5oz meatloaf, finished 2nd liter water
3:00pm- handful of cashews
7:00pm- meatloaf (bison, ostrich, beef), okra, finished 3rd liter
