This girl is! Its going to be a great weekend AND my bikini should come tomorrow!

Training:
8:00am- 25 minute treadmill walk
5:00 pm-
Bench- 80lb x3, 95lb x3, 105lb x3+ (I did 8, last time I got 5)
Bench 5×10 @75lbs
Lat pull downs with red band 5×10 (pictured)
Glute-ham bridge with 45lb bar 2×12
Dumbbell pullover 3×12 @ 20lbs
Alternating dumbbell curl 3×12 @ 15lbs

Food:
9:00am- protein shake (8oz almond milk, Probolic SR)
11:30am- 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 2 slices bacon, okra, mayo, cheese
1:00pm- small amount of meatloaf, very low carb protein muffin
3:30pm- slice of bacon, 3/4 finibar
6:30pm- post workout shake with water
7:30pm- grass fed beef patty, grass fed uncured beef hotdog, asparagus, ketchup, mayo, pimento cheese.
