I got my bikini in the mail today and its everything I imagined! The color is great and the fit is great. I will post pictures later!

Its almost 2 months away, and my new training has really helped me lean out, I am noticing new muscles and veins that I never knew I had! Now I just have to maintain my look, get a tan and learn how to put on some make-up. Lets do this!

Training:
4am- 30min treadmill walk
4pm- Squat day!
Squat 75lb x3, 85lb x3, 95lb x3+ (I got 11! on 1/28 I got 8 reps and 12/31 I had to do 3 singles at 95lbs) Today they felt great and I felt I could have gotten more but the bar was starting to hurt my back being on there so long =)
Squat- 5×10 @ 65lbs
Dumbbell Squat- 3×12 @ 45lb
Narrow Stance Leg Press- 3×12 @ 180lbs
Stiff Legged Deadlifts- 3×12 @ 20lb dumbbells each arm
Laying Leg Curls- 3×12 25lbs
Calf Raises- 3×12
Tabata- air squats/lunges for 16 rounds (alternating exercise each round)
(tabata is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds rest….it will kick your butt every time!)

Food:
4:30am- Branch Chain Amino Acids
6:00am-2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 2 slices bacon, mayo
10:00am- Protein shake (1 scoop Probolic SR, superfood, 8oz almond milk, 1T almond butter)
12:30pm- hot dog (no bun), asparagus
3:30pm- 4oz meatloaf, finibar
6:00pm-Post workout shake (whey)
7:30pm-5oz meatloaf, salad, 2 small slices of bread
