Whats in your gym bag? I got water, lifting shoes, weight lifting belt, protein shake, wrist straps, heels and a bikini, nothing strange about that 🙂

Training

Military press-

60lb x5, 65lb x3, 75lb x1+ (i did 3, this was my one rep max!)

Military press 5×10 @45lbs

Pullups 50 total (10 wide grip, 10 wide grip, 10 chin up, 10 chin up, 5 weighted 20lb vest, 5 weighted 20 lb vest)

Superset of 10 lateral raises (1st 2 sets 15lb, last 3 sets 10lbs) and 10 straight arm pull downs- 5 rounds

My shoulders and traps are pretty swollen from this workout!

Food:
8:00am- 2 whole eggs, 1 egg white, 2 slices of bacon, mayo, handful of cheese
1:00pm- lamb burger patty, asparagus
3:30pm- shake (8oz almond milk, casein, superfood, cocoa powder)
6:00pm- post workout shake- whey
7:30pm- ostrich burger patty, small piece of ostrich steak, okra, sweet potato, protein cupcake (recipe in previous post)
