Rest day recipe time!

This is a single serving recipe…
In a small ramikin combine 2 heaping spoonfuls of almond meal, 2 spoonfuls of water, sprinkle of cinnamon and sprinkle of splenda. Spread into bottom of ramikin. Microwave for 2 minutes.

In another bowl combine 1/4 cup of canned pumpkin, 1 scoop of vanilla casein, sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. After taking ramikin out of microwave, pour pumpkin mixture on top and microwave for another minute. Enjoy!
