The pups and I laid around all day!

Food:
1000am- 2 eggs, cut up hot dog, sprinkle of cheese, mayo. Protein pumpkin pie
3:00pm- protein java (cup of coffee, ice, scoop probolic SR, cocoa nibs, almond milk)
7:30pm- 1.5 beef patties, 1 grassfed beef hotdog (no bun), asparagus
8:30pm- casein shake (casein, superfood, almond milk)
