Happy saturday!
Training:
11am- 16 rounds of tabata, alternating between boxing on the heavy bag and “air compressed” crunches with 80lbs of pressure

Food:
9:30am-shake (probolic sr, superfood, almond milk, chocolate peanut butter)
12:00pm- scallops, cauliflower
3:00pm- casein shake and cashews
5:30pm- lobster
10:00pm- beef patty
