Just a girl and her workouts!

Training:
8:00am- 30 minute treadmill walk
9:00am- played 10 rounds of “just dance” on the wii with a third grader (if you don’t think that is qualified as training, you try it and not get out of breath)

Food:
8:30am- whey protein shake
10:00am- 2 eggs, 1 slice of ham
2:00pm- beef patty, cheese, ketchup
3:00pm- shake ( probolic SR, superfood, 2T jelly, 2T almond butter, almond milk)
5:00pm- scallops
8:00pm- beef brisket, collard greens
9:00pm- protein brownie (scoop casein, 1 egg)
