Training:
5pm
Deload Week Deadlifts
-Went for a 1 rep max, first time I have done a max sumo deadlift: 135lb x3, 155lb x1, 185lb x1, 205lb x1, 225lb x1F, 225lb x1F, 210lb x1, 215lb x1.
My last conventional deadlift max was 220lb, that was when I weighed about 115lbs (body weight is 104lb now)
-Superset of 10 kettlebell deadlifts @36kg & 10 (each leg) walking lunges with 30lb bar on back
-3 sets of 10 reps on hamstring curl machine, 10 reps on leg extension machine, 10 reps on adductor machine, 10 reps on abductor machine. First set was 40lbs, second set 50lbs, third set 60lbs.
3 sets of 12 reps on ab wheel and 25 crunches on hydraulic crunch machine
*the picture above was taken after the 3 sets of abs- I had a nice pump going on after the carbs I had today!

Food:
6:00am- 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, cut up grass fed beef hotdog, asparagus, 1/2c oats (with 1T blueberry jelly and 1T kerrygold butter)
10:00am- Shake (casein, 1/4c blueberries, almond milk)
12:40pm- 4oz tuna, okra
5:00pm- Half finibar/ bran muffin (pre workout)
6:00pm- Post workout shake (whey and waxy maize)
8:00pm- Tuna patty, beef patty, asparagus, rice
