4am- 30 minute treadmill walk

Food:
4:00am- branch chain amino acids
6:00am- tuna patty with 2 eggs

10:00am- casein shake (casein, superfood, almond milk, 2T almond butter)
2:00pm- beef patty, asparagus
3:00pm- tuna patty
7:00pm- grilled lamb chop, beef patty, asparagus, protein powder
