Happy Thursday everybody!

Training:
3pm:
Bench- 45lbx5, 45lbx5, 45lbx5, 65lbx3, 85lbx3, 95lbx5, 110lbx1, then failed 125 3 times, not too bummed I just want to take it easy today to max on my squat!
Then I dropped the weight down and worked on form a bit.

T-bar rows (pictured) 4×12 using the landmine and 10lb plate, then did a drop set starting at 25lbs plus the bar. I did 5 sets of the following weight plus the bar:
25-20-15-10-the bar.

100 face pulls with red band

Triceps of death- used 45lb bar, narrow grip bench with boards. 5 reps with the following boards: 5-4-3-2-1-2-3-4-5, took 2 seconds between each set

50 face pulls with red band

Food:
6:00am- 4eggs, salsa, slice of bacon.
9:00am- casein shake with almond milk and blueberries
12:00pm- tuna, asparagus, pumpkin with half scoop casein
3:00pm-protein muffin, finibar (pre workout)
6:00pm-post workout shake (whey, waxy maize)
7:30pm- alot of pulled pork bbq, slaw, asparagus, rice
