Words cannot even begin to express the way I feel about my squat today. If you know me, the squat has been my weakest lift to date. I could bench more than I could squat, that is until now! I have really been working on my form and am really feeling stronger. My previous max was 120lb (when I weighed 120lbs!), I havent been able to hit that in a long time! Here is how the day went

Training:
4am- 20min treadmill walk
Worked 10 hours (on my feet ALL day!)
5pm- Squat- 45lb x3, 45lb x3, 45lb x3, 67lb x3, 87lb x2, 102lb x1, 117lb x1, 127lb x1, 137lb x1, 142lb x1F, 142lb x1!
Then I did 3 singles at 135
Back extensions (45 degree)- 3×12 holding a 1kg plate over my head

Food:
6:00am- 2 egg whites, 1/2 grilled pork patty, 1 slice of bacon, cheese, ketchup, 1/2c oats
10:00am- Casein shake (casein, almond milk, superfood, blueberries)
12:45om- smoked chicken with bbq sauce, asparagus, pumpkin w/ casein powder
5:00pm- finibar (pre-workout)
6:30pm- post workout shake (whey and waxy maize)
9:00pm- ground beef/ground pork mix, mixed veggies, rice
9:30pm- protein muffin
