Training:
11am-
500m row x3, 250m row x3, walking on treadmill on 15% incline in between sets while Patrick rowed
5 sets of 20 red band face pulls and 20 red band pull aparts
5 sets of 20 red band tricep press down

2:00pm-
3 mile hike at the USNWC- 48 minutes

Food:
9:30am- shake (probolic SR, almond milk, superfood)
1:00pm- 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 3 slices of bacon, salsa
4:00pm- whey protein shake
8:00pm- steak fajitas (onions, zucchini, mushrooms, tomato) *no rice, no tortillas*
9:30pm- casein shake
