I haven’t eaten that much this weekend so I wanted to make sure I got in my calories for the last two days. Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you my “epic meal time”:

Took a rest day today

Food:
9:00am- 1 whole egg, 2 eggs whites, slice of bacon, mayo
11:00am- steak tips with mushrooms, beef patty, coleslaw
5:30pm- Shake (Probolic SR, almond milk, blueberries), few bites of cottage cheese
8:00pm- 2 beef patties, 1 organic chicken hotdog, okra, collard greens
