Training:
3:30pm-
Bench- 80lb x5, 90lb x5, 105x 5+( I did 7, last time I did 8, they were feeling heavy today but I’m still pretty happy with that considering it’s my bodyweight)
Bench 3×10 @ 75lb
Push ups 2×15
Vertical bench 3×12 @ 62.5lb
Pec flyes 3×12 @ 25lbs
Dips 3×12
Overhead tricep extensions with rope 3×12
Decline crunch 3×12
Hanging leg raises 3×12

Food:
6:00am- 4 egg whites, 1 slice of bacon, handful of nuts
9:30am- shake (probolic, almond milk, superfood, spinach, cottage cheese, blueberries)
11:00am- handful of nuts
2:00pm- salsa chicken, zucchini and eggplant
3:00pm- 1/3 finibar pre workout
5:00pm- post workout shake (whey)
7:00pm- corned beef brisket, cabbage
