This is a picture from over a year ago swinging the 70.4lb kettlebell. It’s a great conditioning tool!
Training:
10am- 30min treadmill walk, every 3 minutes 15 kettlebell swings with 50lb kettlebell

Food: I knew today was going to a challenge for me because I had a bridal shower to go to….but I stayed strong!

9:00am- shake (coffee, probolic, almond milk, ice)
12:00pm- eggs, bacon, carrots from earthfare
2:00pm- turkey/bison patty
4:00pm- at party- 4 deviled eggs, scoop of chicken salad wrapped in lettuce
5:30pm- probolic shake with almond milk and water
8:00pm- ground pork with BBQ sauce and grilled zucchini and eggplant
