We bought a sled today from Silverback Strength Equipment in Salisbury NC. Let the fun begin!

Training:
4:30am- 20 minute treadmill walk
4:30pm- deadlifts!
  150lb x3, 175lb x3, 195lb x3
     They felt good today!
Barbell front lunge with bands 5×10
Glute-ham raises 5×10
Prowler work-a couple sprints, band resisted sprints,  and walked for 2 minutes straight.

Food:
6:00am- 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg , 1/2 oats, handful of blueberries
10:00am- beef patty
1:00pm- 1/2 beef patty, mushrooms, asparagus, shake (probolic, almond milk, cultured coconut milk, blueberries)
4:00pm- finibar (preworkout)
6:00pm- post workout shake (whey and waxy maize)
7:30pm- steak, beef patty, asparagus, collard greens, potatoes, lentils
