No training today! (and its officially 38 days til vacation and 37 days til my show)

Food:
6:00am- 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, mayo
9:45am- shake (probolic, superfood, almond milk, cocoa powder, blueberries)
12:00pm- beef patty and asparagus
3:00pm- casein shake, handful of macadamia nuts
7:00pm- baked chicken thighs, zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms
8:00pm- pumpkin/casein shake
