I got some injections under my eyes today and was told not to lift in the gym today so no training for me today other than my *17 push ups, 17 lunges, 17 pull ups*

Food:
6:00am- 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2c oats, handful of blueberries
10:30am- shake (probolic, blueberries, coconut flakes, spinach, almond milk)
12:30pm- beef brisket and eggplant
6:00pm- homemade protein bar and handful of macadamia nuts
7:30pm- beef/pork patty, 1/4 sweet potato, 1/4 white potato, spinach and collard greens, rice
