Training:
4am- 15min treadmill walk 15 incline/3mph
*19 push ups, 19 lunges, 19 pull ups*
15min treadmill walk 15 incline/3mph
4pm-Sumo deadlifts 165lb x5, 185lb x3, 205lb x1
narrow stance conventional deadlift 5×10 @88lb
Glute-ham raises 5×10
Decline crunch 5×10
5 rounds- 3 squat jumps, 3 squats, 3 broad jumps (no rest between rounds)

Food:
6:00am- 3 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, salsa
9:30am- shake (protein powder, water, ice, cocoa powder, almond butter)
1:00pm- buffalo BBQ chicken, asparagus
3:30pm- shake (protein powder, spinach, blueberries, almond milk, cocoa powder)
4:00pm- larabar- pre workout
6:00pm- post workout shake (whey)
8:00pm- 1.5 ground lamb patties, asparagus, mushrooms
