Training:
4am-
20 minutes on treadmill at 5% incline alternating 1min walk at 3mph and 1min jog at 5mph
*20 push ups, 20 lunges, 20 pull ups*
5pm-
Bench- 90lb x5, 105lb x3, 115lb x1+ (I got 5 @105lb body weight)
Dumbbell Military Press 10 @20lbs/ Dumbbell Lateral Raises 10 @10lbs- 5set superset
Rear Delt flyes 3×10 @20lbs
Dumbbell bicep curls 3×10 @15lbs

Food:
6:00am- 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2c oats, blueberries 1 slice of bacon
10:00m- shake (protein powder, almond milk, spinach, blueberries, cocoa powder)
12:30pm- ground lamb patty, asparagus
3:30pm- brown rice, eggs, mushrooms
4:30pm- larabar (pre-workout)
7:00pm- post workout shake (whey, waxy maize)
8:30pm- beef patty, roasted zucchini, rice, curry mushroom/potato(packet from the Indian food aisle at the grocery store)
