Training:
12:30 pm-
Squat- 85lb x5, 95lb x3, 105lb x1+ (I did 10, last week I did 10 @100lb)
Front squat 5×10 @65lbs
Glute ham raise 10reps, single leg Glute ham bridge 10 reps – 5 sets
*21 pull ups, 21 lunges, 21 push ups*

Food:
11:00am- 3 egg whites, zucchini, salsa, 2 slices bacon
2:00pm- shake (protein powder, blueberries, superfood, cocoa powder)
4:00pm- handful of nuts
5:00pm- tonka bar
8:00pm- 1/2 tilapia filet, 1/2 trout filet, 5 large shrimp, asparagus, mushrooms
8:30pm- protein brownie, 3oz almond milk
