Training:
10:00am-
5 hill sprints (100m)- rest is walk back down hill
*22 push ups, 22 lunges, 22 pull ups)
6:00pm-
30 min brisk walk outside

Food:
10:00am- protein brownie
11:00am- 2 slices of bacon, pork sausage patty, eggs, a few pieces and bites of a failed crepe
3:00pm- 5 large shrimp, 1/2 pork sausage patty, asparagus
7:00pm- ground BBQ pork, avocado/hummus mix, roasted zucchini/eggplant
8:30pm- protein shake
