Training:
No morning cardio this a.m, we were up early from the bad storm that swept through the carolinas and  we decided to stay in bed!

4:30pm-
Deadlift (Deload Week)- 90lb x5, 110lb x5, 130lb x5
Narrow Stance Deadlift 5×10 @ 90lbs
Leg Extension 5×10 @ 4 plates (hold 1 second at top of each rep)
Swiss Ball Crunches 5×10
*24 push ups, 24 lunges, 24 pull ups*

Food:
5:30am-Lipo 6 (2 tablets)
6:00am-3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2c oats, 1/4c blueberries, drop of maple extract (made like a pancake)

7:30am- 1 liter of water finished
9:15am- Black tea
10:00am- Shake (peppermint green tea, 1/4c blueberries, 1/4c spinach, 4oz almond milk, Scoop of Elite XT)

2:00pm- 4oz trout, 2oz shrimp, okra, 1/4c quinoa, finished 2nd liter of water

4:30pm- larabar (pre workout)
6:00pm-Post workout shake (whey), finished 3rd liter of water, Lipo 6 (2 tablets)

8:00pm- 5oz ground beef, avocado/hummus mix, asparagus, sweet potato(plain)

8:30pm- Strawberries sprinkled with 100% unsweetened cocoa powder and a protein brownie, 4 fish oil, 2 vitamin D, 2 digestive enzymes, 2 multivitamins
