Here are some updated pictures. I am leaning out alot, I attribute it to the carb cycling, stepping up the am cardio and switching from Fahrenheit to Lipo 6. My weight is staying the same around 104-105. I’m feeling really good about how my body looks, I just need to start practicing my walk and posing.

Training:
4:00am- 20 minute treadmill walk @ 2.5mph on a 15% incline, *13 push ups, 13 lunges, 13 pull ups*
4:30pm- Deload Bench: 50lb x5, 60lb x5, 75lb x5
*13 push ups, 13 lunges, 13 pull ups*
Bicep Curls 5×10 at the following dumbbell weights 10lb-15lb-15lb-20lb-15lb
Lateral Raises 3×10 @ 10lb dumbbells
Decline Crunch 5×10
(in between various sets I worked on straddle holds (kind of like an L sit but with a straddle)

Food:
4:00am- Lipo 6 (2 tablets)
6:00am- 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 2 oz tuna, 1T spicy brown mustard, small squirt of mayo

8:00am-finished 1 liter of water
9:30am- herbal tea
10:00am- shake (peanut butter/chocolate protein powder, 4oz almond milk, drop of maple extract, 1T almond butter, 1T cocoa powder)

12:15pm- “parmesean” chicken with spaghetti squash

3:00pm- handful of nuts, lipo 6 (2 tablets)

4:00pm- shake- (Cup of black coffee, scoop of protein powder, 1T cocoa powder, 4oz almond milk, water, 1/4c blueberries), 1/3 larabar (pre workout)
6:30-post workout shake (whey)
8:00pm- 5oz ground beef/pork, collard greens, 1/2 avocado

8:30pm- protein pudding, 4 fish oil, 2 vitamin D, 2 digestive enzymes, 2 multivitamins
