Just a girl and her workouts!

Rest day! But I still got in my *27 pull ups, 27 lunges, 27 push ups*

Food:
5:30am- lipo 6 (2 tablets)
6:00am- 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1T spicy brown mustard, splash of almond milk, 2oz ground beef/pork

8:00am- finished 1 liter of water
10:00am- shake (protein powder, 4 oz almond milk, water, 1/4c blueberries, 1/4c spinach, 1T cocoa powder

12:45pm- chicken “parmesan” and spaghetti squash, jasmine tea
image
3:00pm- tanka bar, lipo 6 (2 tablets)
5:00pm- 1.5 breast of chicken “parmesan”
7:00pm- packet of hickory smoked tuna, a couple each of the following: baby carrots, broccoli, grape tomatoes, zuchinni, squash, black tea (not too bad for a baby shower!)
