So alot of people have been asking me lately :what exactly is a bikini competition? Here are a few videos that I think will help. The first video is talking about the physique of the NPC bikini competitor. (NPC- national physique committee). The second video is of the comparison part of a show. Hope this helps! Im getting excited!

Training:
9:30am- Squat (Deload)- 45lb x5, 55lb x5, 65lb x5
Front Squat 5×10 @ 45lb
*28 pull ups, 28 lunges, 28 push ups*
Decline Crunches 3×10
Incline Leg Raises 2×10
Every minute on the minute for 5 min- 3 cleans @ 45lbs
Every minute on the minute for 5 min- 3 jerks @ 45lbs
Every minute on the minute for 5 min- 3 snatches @ 45lbs
Every minute on the minute for 5 min- 3 overhead squats @ 45lbs

Food:
8:00am- Lipo 6 (2 tablets)
8:30am- 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2c oats, 1/4c blueberries, 1 drop of maple extract

11:00am- Shake (1/3 can of pumpkin, 4oz almond milk, scoop of protein, 1T almond butter, drop of maple extract, 1T cocoa powder), larabar

1:30pm- church bbq (no sauce), a few bites of coleslaw (vinegar based)

3:00pm- 1/4c couscous, 4oz ground beef/pork

8:00pm- 4oz pan seared sashimi grade tuna, 5oz shrimp cooked with coconut flour, coconut flakes, and kerrygold butter. zuchinni, onion, okra, squash
