Training:
5:30pm-
Military Press (5 week) 55lb x5, 60lb x5, 70lb x5+ (I got 5 which tied my PR from 3/21)
5 sets of: 45lb military press-10 reps
Push ups-6 reps
Pull ups- 6 reps
5 sets of: 25lb Rear delt fly- 10 reps
Lunges- 12 each leg
5 sets of: Bent over lateral raises 10lb dumbbell- 10 reps
Lateral raises 5lb dumbbell- 10 reps
(*I incorporated my 30 pull ups, 30 lunges, and 30 push ups into my workout*)

Food:
5:30am- Lipo 6 (2 tablets)
6:30am- Breakfast “burrito” (4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1T coconut flour, 1T mayo, 1T spicy brown mustard), coffee

8:30am-1 liter of water down
10:45am- shake (1/2c blueberries, 1/2c spinach, protein powder, 1T cocoa powder, 4oz almond milk, water, ice)

12:45pm- 4oz pork loin, carrots, 3 small apple slices (forgot to take pic)
2:30pm-1 liter down, lipo 6 (2 tablets)
5:00pm- tanka bar, Clementine (pre workout)
7:00pm- 1/2 larabar, whey protein shake (post workout)
8:00pm- 5oz pan seared sashimi grade tuna, asparagus

8:30pm- protein pudding and 1/2 coconut “tortilla”
