18 days!!! ahhhh!

Training:
4:15am- 20 minutes treadmill walk. *31 push ups, 30 pull ups*
4:15pm- Deadlift (5 week) 145lb x5, 165lb x5, 190lb x5+ (I got 5, I left a couple in the tank)
Narrow Stance Deadlift 5×10 @ 135lb
Ab wheel roll outs- 15 reps/ Low cable row with hip flexion 15 reps @ 35lbs – 3 round superset
3 rounds of 3 min on stairclimber (speed intervals on level 10) & *11 lunges each leg*

Food:
4:00am- Lipo 6 (2 tablets)
6:00am- 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2c oats, 1/4c blueberries, 1T lemon juice, 1 drop maple extract, coffee

10:00am- shake (1/2c spinach, 1/2c blueberries, 1.5 scoop protein powder, 4oz almond milk, 1T cocoa powder, ice, water
11:00am- 1 liter of water down
2:00pm- Tuna in olive oil, 1T spicy mustard, 1t coconut flour, asparagus

3:00pm-Lipo 6 (2 tablets)
3:30pm- handful of nuts, strawberries, protein pudding

6:00pm-larabar
6:30pm- Post workout shake

8:00pm- ground beef patty, quinoa/rice, asparagus, sweet potato, 4 fish oil, 2 vitamin D, 2 digestive enzymes, 2 multivitamins.
