Tonight was supposed to be chicken night on the menu but harris teeter had a nice sale on tuna, so we went with chicken of the sea instead!!

Training:
4:00am-
*32 pull ups, 32 lunges, 32 push ups*
10-20-30-40-30-20-10 of jumprope (double the reps) and kettlebell swings (22.5lb kb)
practiced posing in heels

Food:
4:00am- Lipo 6 (2 tablets)
5:30am-Handful of nuts (pistachios, marcona almonds, cashews)

6:30am- Egg “burrito”- total of 2 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1T coconut flour, 2T pineapple salsa; cup of black coffee

10:00am- shake (1/2c blueberries, 1/2c spinach, 1.5 scoops protein, 1T cocoa powder, 4oz almond milk, water, ice)

1:00pm- ground beef patty, asparagus, handful of nuts

5:00pm- packet of tuna packed in olive mixed with 1T spicy brown mustard, 1T coconut flour, a few bites of protein pudding, Lipo 6 (2 tablets)

7:00pm- fish “tacos”- pan seared ahi tuna, homemade quacamole (avocado, hot sauce, lime juice, diced tomato), broccoli slaw, on coconut flour/egg “taco”

third course- oven roasted zuchinni and eggplant, 4 fish oil, 2 vitamin D, 2 digestive enzyme, 2 multivitamin

I think im in love with Perrier! Tonight I had some with dinner- I added in some lime juice and it was really good!
