16 more days! It still feels so far away and yet coming faster than a speeding bullet!

Training:
4:00am- 10 min treadmill walk
*33 push ups, 33 lunges, 33 pull ups*
10 min treadmill walk
3:00pm- bench (5 week)
80lb x5, 95lb x5, 110lb x5+ (I got 6, last time I got 3! 2 rep PR while dieting and prepping for a show) (body weight was 103.2 this morning)
Dumbbell military press 5×10 @20lbs
Dumbbell bicep curls 3×10 @15lbs
Bent over lateral raises 3×10 @10lbs
Lateral raises 3×10 @5lbs
Straight arm pull downs 3×10 @25lbs on lat pulldown machine

Food:
4:00am- lipo 6 (2 tablets)
6:00am- 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, homemade guacamole, roasted zucchini and eggplant)

7:00am- 2T coconut flakes, 2T almond butter, 1T cocoa powder, water and ice- blended in a smoothie
10:00am- shake (1/2c blueberries, scoop of superfood, 4oz almond milk, scoop of protein powder, peppermint green tea, ice, water)
2:30pm- 4oz Rosemary baked porkchop
5:30pm- Clementine, whey protein shake (post workout)
7:30pm- appetizer of carrots and hummus

8:00pm- 5oz “shake and bake” (coconut flour and almond meal) porkchop, sautéd mixed veggies (mushroom, zucchini, eggplant, broccoli slaw), 4 fish oil, 2 vitamin D, 2 digestive enzyme, 2 multivitamin
