Military Press Monday!
Training:
4am- on stair climber (I despise the stair climber!!): 1 minute on (level 12), 30 seconds rest for 12 rounds, practiced walking in heels
5pm- Military Press (3 week)
55lb x3, 65lb x3, 75lb x3+ ( I got 4! When I started 5/3/1 my one rep max was 75lbs and last time I went for max reps at 75lbs I got 2! Another huge PR for me!)
Military Press 5×10 @ 50lbs
Pull ups in between sets of Military Press (10-7-7-7-6) Total of 37reps
Push ups/ Lunges with chain- 10-10-10-7
Bent over lateral raises- 10lb dumbbells 3×10
lateral raises- 5lb dumbbells 3×10

Food:
4:00am-Lipo 6 (2 tablets)
6:00am-4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1T spicy brown mustard, okra (lots and lots of okra!)

9:00am- Shake (1.5 scoops of protein, 3/4c blueberries, 1T cocoa powder, 4oz coffee, 8oz almond milk, ice), Leuciene (2 tablets)

12:30pm- 4oz salmon, mushrooms & spinach
4:00pm- packet of tuna with olive oil, 1T dijon mustard, 2t coconut flour, handful of nuts (Lipo 6 and Leuciene- 2 tablets each)
6:30pm- clementine, post workout shake
7:30pm- 4oz ground beef/pork patty, 1T spicy brown mustard, 100 calorie pack guacamole, asparagus, 4 fish oil, 2 vitamin D, 2 digestive enzyme, 2 multivitamin
