Training:
4am- with a running clock, 1 muscle clean and press the first minute, 2 the second minute, 3 the third etc. I made it to 12 reps. I used 15lb dumbbells. Practiced walking and posing in heels.
5pm- deadlift (3 week)
155lb x3, 180lb x3, 200lb x3 (I’ve never done max reps at 200 lbs before so I guess that makes it a PR!)
Deadlift 5×10 @ 135lbs (first 3 sets were narrow stance and last 2 were sumo), in between sets I did my pullups 10-7-7-7-7
Glute ham raises 3×12
Pushups/lunges with large chain- 10-10-10-8

Food:
4:00am- lipo 6 (2 tablets)
5:00am- clementine, nuts
6:00am- 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2c oats, 1/4c blueberries, cinnamon, maple extract, pat of kerrygold unsalted butter

10:00am-shake (1.5 scoop protein powder, 1/2c blueberries, 1T cocoa powder, mint extract, 4oz almond milk, ice)
11:30am-4oz beef/pork patty, rice, asparagus
3:00 pm- 4 oz beef/pork patty, apple, almond butter
6:00 pm-larabar, post workout shake
8:00 pm- 4oz ground chicken/pork, 1/2 sweet potato, zuchinni & eggplant
