10 days!!! AHHHHH!

Rest day! (except for my 39 pull ups, 39 lunges, 39 push ups)

Food:
5:30am- Lipo 6 (2 tablets)
6:00am- 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 3oz ground pork/chicken, tomato, 2 tablets of leuciene

10:00am- shake (1/2c blueberries, 4oz almond milk, 1.5 scoops protein powder, superfood, 1T cocoa powder, mint extract)
12:30pm- 4oz ground chicken/pork, zuchinni, eggplant
3:00pm- handful of nuts, Lipo 6 (2 tablets)
4:30pm- handful of nuts and protein shake
6:30pm- chicken breast, asparagus, 1/2 avocado, spicy brown mustard
