9 days left, and still getting PRs!!

Training:
4am- really worked my poses in the heels at the gym (really got some funny looks!)
8 rounds tabata hill sprints on treadmill on 7% incline at 6mph
16 rounds tabata alternating between lunges and air squats
5pm- Bench (3 week)
90lb x3, 100lb x3, 115lb x3+ (I got 6 reps, on 4/1 i got 5 reps, so 1 rep PR! woo hoo!)
Dumbbell military press 5×10 @ 25lbs (up from 20lbs)
I did my 40 pull ups and push ups in between sets of military press
Lateral raises 3×10 @ 10lb dumbbells
Lateral raises 3×10 @ 5lb dumbbells
Calf raises 3×10- 1 plate
Knee to elbow balancing upper body on med ball- 3×20
This is Arnold doing Donkey Calf Raises- I used a machine to get the same effect

Food:
4am-Lipo 6 (2 tablets). BCAA’s

6am- 3 whole eggs, mushrooms, 3oz ground chicken/pork, mustard, clementine

9:30am- shake (1/2c blueberries, superfood, 1T cocoa powder, almond milk, mint extract, ice, 1.5 scoops protein powder)
2pm-4oz chicken, asparagus, mustard, lipo 6, nuts
7pm-post workout shake
8pm- 4oz grassfed beef patty, mashed cauliflower, zuchinni, clean “fudge”
