Training:
4:00pm- back squat (3 week)
85lb x3, 100lb x3, 110lb x3+ (I got 11 reps, huge PR)
5×10 front squat 50lb
In between sets *41 pull ups, 41 lunges with large chain, 41 push ups*
3×12 ab wheel roll outs

Food:
5:30am- lipo 6
6:00am- 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2c oats, 1/4c blueberries, maple extract, cinnamon
10:00am- salmon patty, poached egg, 1 slice of bacon, 2 blueberry muffins, 2 egg white mini muffins, clean fudge, 2 zucchini cakes
3:00pm- 4oz beef patty, mashed cauliflower, zucchini, rice
7:00pm- larabar, post workout shake
8:00pm- rice, tuna packet, mustard
