Late post from yesterday! Ill post todays later tonight!

Training:
9:00am-
6 sets of 7 pull ups, 7 lunges, 7 push ups- very minimal rest between sets
Then 8 rounds of tabata row
8 rounds of tabata hill sprints on treadmill (7% incline, 6mph)
8 rounds of tabata on stair climber (level 15)
20 min walk on treadmill

Food:
Phone died yesterday and erased all of my pictures!
8:00am- 6 egg white mini muffins, 1 clean blueberry muffin
10:00am- BCAA’s
11:00am- post workout shake (1.5 scoops protein powder, superfood, 1/2c blueberries, almond milk, ice, water, mint extract, cocoa powder)
4:00pm- handful of nuts
6:00pm- approx 4oz filet mignon, salad with bacon, a few green beans (at a wedding)
