4 more days! Boomer sent me a some pictures from the photo shoot today. Boomer is amazing and the pictures look great! I couldn’t be happier!

Training:
12pm- Deadlift (5/3/1 week)
165lb x5, 190lb x3, 210lb x1+ (I did 3! weighed in a 103lb this afternoon) I’ve never done max rep 210 before so automatic PR!
Leg extensions on machine- 30 reps (1 plate), 25 reps (1 plate), 20 reps (2 plates), 15 reps (3 plates), 12 reps (4 plates)
Seated leg curls on machine- 30 reps (3 plates), 25 reps (4 plates), 20 reps (5 plates), 20 reps (6 plates)
Smith Machine squat wide stance- 30 reps (just bar), 20 reps (10lb each side), 15 reps (15lb each side), 12 reps (17.5lb each side), 10 reps (20lb each side)
Lunges 3×15 each leg
Laying leg curls 3×20- 10lbs

Food:
5:30am- Lipo 6 black
6:00am- 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2 oats, 1/4c blueberries, maple extract, cinnamon, cup of coffee, 2 tablets Leucine
10:00am- Shake (8oz almond milk, 1/2c blueberries, 1/2c spinach, 1T cocoa powder, mint extract, 1.5 scoops protein, ice, water), finished first liter of water
12:00pm- BCAA’s

2:00pm- 4oz grassfed ground beef patty, asparagus, 1/2c rice, finished 2nd liter of water, 3 tablets Leucine

3:00pm- handful of nuts, Lipo 6 black
8:00pm- 2oz steak, 2oz tuna steak, 1/3 sweet potato, asparagus, finished 3rd liter of water, 4 fish oil, 2 vitamin D, 2 multivitamin, 2 digestive enzymes
