I did not do any of my PLP challenge today! Long day at work and I was wore out. I will make it up tomorrow!

Food:
4:00am- lipo 6 black
6:00am- 4 egg whites, 2 oz ground pork, mustard
9:00am- finished 1 liter of water
10:00am- shake (1/2c blueberry, 1/2c spinach, 1.5 scoops protein powder, cocoa powder, mint extract, ice, water,almond milk)
12:00pm- tuna, mustard, coconut flour, asparagus, finished 2nd liter of water
3:00pm- handful of nuts, loop 6 black
7:45pm- handful of nuts
8:30pm- ground beef patty, asparagus,  mustard
