2 days to go! Today I got my eyebrows waxed and got some eyelash extensions. I am getting my hair cut and a spray tan tomorrow. Its all starting to come together!

Training:
4:30pm- bench (5/3/1 week)
95lb x5, 110lb x3, 120lbx1+ (I got 2 reps! I weighed in at 102.2 this afternoon)
Military dumbbell press 5×10 @ 20lbs
Low cable row 5×10 @ 40lbs
24 pull ups, lunges, push ups

8:00pm- 23 pull ups, lunges, push ups

Food:
5:30am- lipo 6
7:30am- 5 egg whites, cinnamon, maple extract, splenda (pancake style)
11:30am- shake (4oz almond milk, 1.5 scoops protein powder, 1/4c blueberries, 1/2c spinach, cocoa powder, mint extract, ice, water)
4:00pm- handful of nuts, Clementine
5:30pm- post workout shake
7:30pm- 4oz beef patty, 2oz tuna, Dijon mustard, asparagus
