Alright guys, tomorrow is the big day! Who is excited?!?! ummmm…..me?!

I am excited just nervous too! I will be happy when pre-judging is over! Today I got my hair chopped off, got one last spray tan in and checked in for the show! I cant believe in about 12 hours I will be waking up and getting ready. I have trained for 3 months for this one day, this one moment and it will be over before ya know it!

Training:
8:00am- Squat (5/3/1 week)
90lb x5, 105lb x3, 115lb x1+ (I did 2 reps- could have done more but I didn’t want to push it since I hadn’t had anything to eat yet, I weighed in a 100.5lbs and didn’t want to hurt myself before tomorrow)
Leg Press 4×20
Seated leg extension 20-3-15-2-10-1 (every other set was twice as heavy)
Seated hamstring curls- 20-3-15-2-10-1 (every other set was twice as heavy)
Low cable row 4×15
3 sets of close grip bench press 45lbs 20 reps & 5 strict chest to bar chin ups
3 sets of Clean and Press (strict) 45lbs 6 reps & Dips 12 reps
Strict toes to bar 4×6
3 sets of Ab wheel roll outs 5 reps & decline crunches 15 reps

Food:
7:30am- Lipo 6
8:00am- BCAA’s
9:30am- post workout shake and finished 1 liter of water
10:00am- 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2c oats, 1/4c blueberries, maple extract, cinnamon, 1 kiwi
1:00pm- finished second liter of water with juice of 1 small lemon (lemon juice is a natural diuretic)
3:00pm- 4oz low sodium roast beef with red pepper hummus
6:00pm- finished 3rd liter of water with juice of 1 large lemon. 4oz ground beef patty, asparagus (another natural diuretic) and basmati rice, 4 fish oil, 2 vitamin D, 2 digestive enzymes, 2 multivitamins
