Big.fat.rest.day!
I’ve decided after getting to 50 reps of the PLP challenge I’m going to bow out gracefully

Food:
6:00am- 5 eggs (2 whole, 3 whites), okra, mayo
10:30am- usual morning shake
1:30pm- 3oz beef patty, asparagus
5:00pm- spoonful almond butter
8:00pm- ground chicken, ground pork, BBQ sauce, avocado, roasted eggplant tomato and zucchini, handful of dark chocolate covered almonds
