Decided to squat Saturday instead of today!
The picture is from the lovely ladies at work!

Training:
4am-20 minute walk on treadmill

Food:
am cardio-BCAA’s
breakfast- 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2c oats, 1/4c blueberries
snack- morning shake
lunch- 1/2 beef patty, 1/2 organic italian sausage, zucchini
snack-handful of nuts, greek yogurt,
Snack- rice cake with almond butter
Dinner- from Kickstand: the morning ride (only ate a few bites of bun), side salad
