Just a girl and her workouts!

No gym today.  Took a rest day with the husband. He got bit by a cat today and had to go to urgent care and is now on antibiotics that make you feel crummy.

Food today:
Breakfast: 3 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, tomato basil hummus, coffee
Snack: usual morning shake
Lunch: beef patty, mixed veggies
Snack: rice cake and turkey patty
Dinner: steak and collard greens
