Patrick has been having pain in his Glute and decided to try KT tape. My right shoulder sometimes cramps up and is very painful so I decided to try it to! After Patrick applied it I felt immediate relief! It was wonderful, I highly recommend it!

Training:
4:00am- 4 rounds of: 400m run, 20 air squats, 15 kettlebell swings 24kg, 10 ab wheel roll outs
4:00pm- military press (3 week) 60lb x3, 65lb x3, 75lb x3+ (4 reps, tied previous PR)
Incline dumbbell press 5×10 20lb dumbbells (5 weighted chin ups between each set with large chain)
Incline dumbbell curls 10lbs 3×10 lower part of curl, 3×10 upper part of curl
Tri set: upright row, Arnold press, front overhead press (10 reps each exercise, 10lb dumbbells) 3 sets

Food:
Peri am workout: BCAAs
Breakfast: 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2c oats, 1/4c blueberries
Snack: morning shake
Lunch: steak, carrots, hummus, rice cake
Snack: handful of nuts, rice cake
Peri pm workout: BCAAs
Post workout: protein shake and larabar
Dinner: homemade orange chicken , asparagus, broccoli
