Picture is of my chicken pot pie yesterday! Crust made from almond meal, kerrygold butter, and egg whites, delicious! Rest day today! I DID sleep until 9:30 today and I think that helped my funk!
No training today!

Food:
Breakfast: 3 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, coffer
Snack: morning shake
Lunch: leftover chicken pot pie
Diner: pulled pork bbq sandwich, coleslaw, few bites of mac and cheese
Dessert: split a milkshake with the husband
