Rest day today, and boy did I need it!

breakfast- 1 beef hotdog, 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, coffee
snack- pine nuts and morning shake
lunch- ground pork and okra
snack- sugar free light caramel frappuccino with whey added to it
dinner- smoked bbq and coleslaw, banana pudding milk shake (split with patrick)
