This week has been extra exhausting and I can wait to relax and sleep tomorrow. We are doing a yoga class in the morning, should be fun!

Training:
5pm
Squat (deload)- 50lb x5, 65lb x5, 80lb x5
leg press machine 3×10 (37.5lb, 50lb, 62.5lb)
Hamtractor machine 3×10 5 plates
leg extension machine 3×10 4 plates

ran a couple of 100m

Food
breakfast: “pancake”- eggs, oats, quinoa flakes, blueberries
snack: scoop of protein poweder
lunch: packet of tuna and handful of nuts
post workout: protein shake, larabar
dinner: carnita burrito from chipotle
