Just a girl and her workouts!

Haven’t run in a while (about 8 months) so today I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised! I didnt run an all out effort, I stayed at a very comfortable pace. Also there might be a push/pull meet sometime in July at the gym I go to, might have to get in on that! Ill keep you updated!

Training:
10:00am-
decline crunches 3×10
hanging leg raises (straight legs) 3×10
back extension machine (like seated good mornings) 60lb 3×10

4:00pm-
Run 1.5 miles- 11min even (800m mark was 3:41, mile mark was 7:23)
walk .5 miles- easy pace
for one mile run 200m, walk 200m
total 3 miles

Food:
peri AM workout- shake with 2 scoops protein, blueberries, spinach
breakfast: eggs, spinach, salmon, blueberries
snack: protein bar and energy drink
snack: sushi and handful of nuts
dinner: bbq chicken, salad, avocado, 1/4 potato
