In honor of Ferris Bueller turning 25 today I took a day off……….from the gym that is!

Food:
breakfast- 2 slices of bacon, 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg
snack- morning shake
lunch- ground turkey patty, asparagus, nuts
dinner- ground turkey patty, chicken/apple sausage, salad (spinach & pinenuts, 1/4 avocado
dessert- sugar free/fat free jello chocolate pudding made with water, almond milk and protein poweder
